SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping policy is as follows: Once you place an order, we arrange the pickup on the same day. We have a dedicated delhivery team. So, once you order, we immediately book the pickup. Then, on the same day or the next day, the delhivery team will come, pick up the items from the shop, and then you will receive a message or email from the delhivery app with the tracking details. After the pickup, you can see the tracking status in that app—when it reaches, and so forth. In Karnataka, around 2 to 3 days—like in Bangalore. Similarly, Maharashtra, Chennai, Tamil Nadu—about 2 to 3 or 3 to 4 days. When you go further north, it might be about 5 to 7 days, or 7 to 10 days.
